YUKON STAR VIKING FARM
INNOVATIVE GLOBAL COMMUNITY

The world's first Yukon Star Viking Farm, located in Watson Lake in Yukon, is strategically positioned at the midpoint of the famous Alaska Highway, a must-stop destination for Alaska Arctic road trip enthusiasts. Spanning 80 acres, it is envisioned as a unique global community that encompasses a chaga farm, Yukon adventures school, and Aurora 3-in-1 golf park.
. We actively promote the concept of consuming wild foods and embracing a natural lifestyle. Along the Viking Farm golf course, we are planting 8,000 white birch trees for cultivating Chaga mushroom.
WHITE BIRCH
. The white birch tree is a pioneer species in reclamation and can grow rapidly after logging.
. White birch is capable of withstanding temperatures as low as around -200 degrees Celsius, a feat unmatched by any other plant in nature, earning it the title of the "bravest" in the plant kingdom.
. Birch sap is a natural health beverage. In spring, you can easily cut a small opening in the budding birch bark to enjoy the flowing birch sap. It's sweet, refreshing, quenching your thirst while providing nutrition.
CHAGA GROWING
. Chaga mushroom is a fungus that grows on birch trees. For centuries, Chaga has been used in Finnish traditional medicine due to its health benefits.
. Chaga can be cultivated on healthy birch trees by inserting plugs containing 3-4 fungal mycelium into small holes drilled in the birch tree.
. Chaga cultivation is an environmentally friendly production method that increases land use efficiency and is an ecologically friendly way to enhance food production in forests. Forests can now provide not only timber but also food. Chaga cultivation can be combined with birch sap production.
MODERN VIKING HOUSE
. DLT (Dowel Laminated Timber), standing for Dowel Laminated Timber, represents the next generation of large-volume timber products, offering remarkable architectural flexibility and are particularly suited for horizontal spans.
. All Viking Modular Houses will be produced by the Viking DLT system in Watson Lake, Yukon. The main power supply will be provided by Yukon Star Solar System, charged by the community center, plus a unique drinking water and wastewater tank system renewal service.
